Say Cheese Green Beans

  1. Cook green beans.
  2. Saute onion in butter until tender.
  3. Remove onions from heat and stir in flour, salt, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard until blended.
  4. Gradually stir in milk.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook until thickened, about 2 or 3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in Velveeta.
  7. Drains beans and fold into cheese mixture.
  8. Transfer to a large bowl.
  9. Toss bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over beans.
  10. If you like a crispier topping, stick in oven on broil for 2 minutes.
