Raisin, Apricot and Couscous Stuffing

  1. saute the celery and the onion in the butter, set aside to cool.
  2. drain the apricots and slice them, drain the rasins and couscous, if necessary.
  3. mix all ingredients together.

raisins, dried apricot, couscous, celery, onion, butter, egg whites, parsley, cornstarch, mint leaf, salt
