Barbecue Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon smoked sweet Spanish paprika
- 2 teaspoons ancho chile powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Whisk together the paprika, ancho chile powder, cumin, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar, and pepper in a small bowl.
- The seasoning will keep for up to 1 month in a tightly sealed jar in a cool, dark place.
