Cheesy Sausage & Tomato Egg Bake
- 4 breakfast pork sausage links, chopped
- 1 cup ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Cook and stir sausage in medium ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
- or until evenly browned; drain.
- Stir in hash browns; cook 5 min.
- or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Whisk eggs and milk until blended; pour over sausage mixture.
- Cook and stir 1 min.
- or until egg mixture is partially set.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake 5 min.
- or until egg mixture is set and cheese is melted.
