Pasta Fagioli
- 2 lb Ground beef
- 1 can Crushed tomatoes (Large can)
- 1 can Kidney beans
- 2 cup Frozen corn (1 canned if handy)
- 1 can Tomato paste
- 1 large Package of beef broth
- 2 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 stick Sliced celery
- 1 large Carrot sliced
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cup Egg noodles ( or your noodle of choice)
- 1 tbsp Dried basil
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 2 Salt and Pepper
- Brown ground beef then drain
- Combine everything but noodles in a large pot and cook for 2-3 hours
- Before serving add noodles and let cool for 15 more minutes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- I tend to like my stuff a bit salty.
