Slow Cooker Bananas Foster

  1. Butter a 3- or 4-quart slow cooker.
  2. Place the butter, brown sugar, creme, creme de banane, pecans and cinnamon in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Cut the bananas into 1/2-inch slices and add them to the slow cooker, stirring gently to coat with the brown sugar mixture.
  6. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately over ice cream.
