President's Crepes

  1. Blend egg, milk, flour and sugar in small bowl.
  2. Heat lightly greased 7-inch skillet over medium-high heat; spoon in scant 1/4 cup batter, tilting pan to cover bottom.
  3. Cook 1 to 2 minutes; turn and cook 30 seconds to 1 minute more.
  4. Place on waxed paper; repeat to make a total of 4 crepes.
  5. Beat pudding, heavy cream and instant coffee granules in small bowl with electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in orange segments if desired.
  7. Spoon mixture down center of each crepe; roll up.
  8. Arrange on individual serving plates lined with orange slices.
  9. Drizzle chocolate over crepes.
  10. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
