President's Crepes
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 tsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee
- 1/2 cup orange
- orange
- 1/4 cup chocolate
- Blend egg, milk, flour and sugar in small bowl.
- Heat lightly greased 7-inch skillet over medium-high heat; spoon in scant 1/4 cup batter, tilting pan to cover bottom.
- Cook 1 to 2 minutes; turn and cook 30 seconds to 1 minute more.
- Place on waxed paper; repeat to make a total of 4 crepes.
- Beat pudding, heavy cream and instant coffee granules in small bowl with electric mixer on low speed for 2 minutes.
- Stir in orange segments if desired.
- Spoon mixture down center of each crepe; roll up.
- Arrange on individual serving plates lined with orange slices.
- Drizzle chocolate over crepes.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
