Cafe Con Leche

  1. Bring milk to a simmer in a medium saucepan.
  2. Fill large coffee cups halfway with espresso and fill to the top with some of the hot milk.
  3. Add sugar, if desired.
  4. The ratio of espresso to milk is 1 to 1.
