Ham Loaves for 200
- 30 lbs ground ham
- 10 lbs ground beef
- 10 lbs ground pork
- 40 eggs
- 20 cups oatmeal
- 20 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 10 cups brown sugar
- 3 cups vinegar
- 3 cups water
- 6 teaspoons dry mustard
- Mix and shape into 200 individual loaves.
- Bake at 325F degrees for 2 hours.
- For Glaze: Bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes.
- Baste ham loaves with glaze.
- Return to oven and bake 1/2 hour more.
