Salami Lasagna
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 4 cup marinara sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb salami, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 large eggs
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with salami and onions.
- Remove from heat.
- Drain off the excess fat.
- In a large bowl, add 3/4 of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and eggs.
- Preheat the oven to 375AF.
- Start with about a cup of the sauce on the bottom of baking dish and place a layer of noodles on top.
- Evenly add half of meat mixture then spread a layer of cheese mixture.
- Repeat with another layer of sauce, noodles, meat, and cheese.
- Add another layer of sauce and noodles.
- Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
- Bake uncovered, until cooked through and golden brown on top, about 60 minutes.
- Let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
