Salami Lasagna

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with salami and onions.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Drain off the excess fat.
  5. In a large bowl, add 3/4 of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, ricotta cheese, and eggs.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375AF.
  7. Start with about a cup of the sauce on the bottom of baking dish and place a layer of noodles on top.
  8. Evenly add half of meat mixture then spread a layer of cheese mixture.
  9. Repeat with another layer of sauce, noodles, meat, and cheese.
  10. Add another layer of sauce and noodles.
  11. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
  12. Bake uncovered, until cooked through and golden brown on top, about 60 minutes.
  13. Let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
