Broccoli Chedder Soup

  1. Saute onion in butter.
  2. Set aside
  3. Cook melted butter and flour using a wisk over medium heat for 3 - 5 minutes.
  4. Then add half & half
  5. Add chicken stock, let simmer
  6. Add broccoli, carrots and saute onions.
  7. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes add salt and pepper to taste
  8. Stir in cheese and nutmeg.
  9. Serve with cut up baguette and enjoy
