Grilled Tomatoes With Oregano

  1. Preheat broiler to high
  2. Core tomatoes and slice them in half
  3. Place tomatoes in a baking dish large enough to hold tomato halves cut-side up.
  4. Insert 2 slivers of garlic in each.
  5. Sprinkle each half with chopped oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper
  6. Place tomatoes under broiler for about 5 minutes
