VELVEETA Potato Skins
- 6 baked potatoes (2 lb.), cooled Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Shredded Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product
- 4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Cut potatoes lengthwise in half.
- Scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells; cut crosswise in half.
- Discard removed centers or reserve for another use.
- Place shells, skin sides down, on baking sheet; brush with oil.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Remove potato shells from oven; turn over.
- Fill with VELVEETA and bacon; bake 5 min.
- or until VELVEETA is melted.
- Top with sour cream and onions.
