Crock Pot Pork Chops
- 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 6 each pork loin chops
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 each soup, chicken and rice can
- Mix first four ingredients (flour to garlic powder).
- Coat pork chops with flour mixture.
- Fry in oil in skillet until well browned on both sides.
- Place in crockpot.
- Pour soup over chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
