Low-Calorie & Easy Shirataki Cream Pasta

  1. Wash the shirataki and microwave at 500 W for 7 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, roughly chop the cabbage and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Cook the chicken in a small pot.
  4. Once cooked through, add the cabbage and cook until the cabbage becomes transparent.
  5. Add the katakuriko and cook until no longer floury.
  6. Add the milk, shirataki, and consomme cube.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with dried parsley and pepper for fragrance, and it's done!
