Beer Batter Fried Fish

  1. Dredge fish in flour and set aside.
  2. Mix remaining dry ingredients, add beer and stir.
  3. Let stand while fryer heats to 350
  4. Dip fish in batter, shake off excess, and place in fryer (2 or 3 at a time).
  5. Fry 2-3 minutes, flipping once until golden brown.
  6. Drain.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Throw in some onion rings if you have leftover batter.
