Warm Cheddar-Thyme Vidalia Dip

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place 2 cups onion in a bowl.
  3. Shred Jack and cheddar cheeses.
  4. Combine shredded cheeses, cream cheese, mayonnaise, thyme and remaining 1 cup onion in food processor.
  5. Process until fairly smooth.
  6. Mix with onion in bowl.
  7. Spoon in shallow 6-cup baking dish.
  8. Bake in oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Stir.
  10. Bake 10 minutes.
  11. Cool slightly.
  12. Serve with crackers or toast.
