Cucumber Buttermilk Soup Recipe
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. shredded cucumbers
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tbsp. sliced green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed
- Combine buttermilk, cucumber, parsley, onion, bouillon, and dash of pepper.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate3 to 24 hrs.
