Fish Fillets in Garlic Butter

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over a medium heat.
  2. Saute garlic 1 minute.
  3. Place fish over garlic, cover and cook over low heat 3 minutes.
  4. Carefully turn fish; sprinkle with onions.
  5. Cover and continue to cook until fish flakes easily with fork, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Squeeze lemon over fish.
  7. Serve immediately.
