Spicy Cajun Shrimp

  1. Saute chopped bell pepper in 3 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter until tender.
  2. Add shrimp, parsley, black pepper, cayenne and old bay.
  3. Saute shrimp until no longer pink.
  4. Add worcestershire sauce, crushed red pepper flakes and juice of lemon.
  5. Serve over pasta or rice.
