Mosaic Cookies
- 1 pkg. (18 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies
- 4 rolls (1.14 oz. each) ring-shaped hard candies, finely crushed
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Slice cookie dough as directed on pkg.
- Place, 2 inches apart, on lightly greased baking sheet.
- Sprinkle each slice with 1 tsp.
- of the crushed candy; press gently into dough.
- Bake 7 to 11 min.
- or until edges are lightly browned.
- Remove from baking sheet to wire racks; cool completely.
- Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
