Colonia Roma
- 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
- 1 1/2 ounces dry vermouth
- 1/2 ounce yellow Chartreuse
- 1/2 ounce Branca Menta
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3/4 teaspoon Simple Syrup
- Ice
- 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the garnish.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the twist.
