Frans Beans
- 350 g frans beans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed (zeera)
- 2 teaspoons coriander powder
- 12 teaspoon garam masala
- 3 pieces green chili peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons green coriander (to garnish)
- steam the beans till tender.
- mix in butter while still hot.
- dry roast zeera in pan till it splutters, add beans, coriander powder, garam masala, green chili and salt.
- mix well stir over low heat.
- serve in a flat dish.
- sprinkle lemon juice over it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
