Easy Teriyaki Salmon
- 1/2 cups Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/2 cups Italian Dressing In A Bottle
- 1 pound Salmon Fillets
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 whole Vidalia Onion, Quartered
- This could also be cooked over the grill, by wrapping the fish in aluminum foil.
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Mix the teriyaki sauce and dressing in a bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and cover it with cooking spray.
- Rinse and pat dry the fish, and place it in the baking pan.
- Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce all over the fish (yes I use a lot), then cover it with onions.
- Seal the fish with another piece of foil, tightly tucked under the baking pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
