Bhindi Sabji Recipe

  1. Wash & thoroughly dry okra.
  2. Trim the bottom & top & slice into rounds half an inch thick.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the ghee & add in the okra in a single layer.
  4. Cook over a moderate heat for 20 min.
  5. Stir occasionally.
  6. Add in the spices & continue to stir & fry until the okra is golden.
  7. Remove from the heat, sprinkle with salt & serve.
  8. Cuisine:"African/middle Eastern"
