Mango Bread Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs till fluffy.
  2. Beat in sugar, then oil and gradually add in honey.
  3. Add in mango puree.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour with cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
  5. Beat into mix gradually.
  6. Stir in vanilla, walnuts and raisins.
  7. Pour into 2 lightly greased and floured loaf pans and let stand at room temperature 20 min.
  8. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  9. Bake 50 to 60 min, or possibly till bread tests done.
  10. Delicious sliced, toasted and served with sweet unsalted butter.
