Paleo Deep Dish Chocolate Cookies For 2
- Butter Or Coconut Oil, For Greasing Ramekins
- 2 Tablespoons Grass-fed Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 4 teaspoons Cocoa Powder
- 18 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 cups Crunchy Almond Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 1/4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/4 cups Dark Chocolate, Roughly Chopped

- Lightly grease 2 ramekins with butter or coconut oil and preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2.
- In a small bowl, stir together protein powder, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder.
- Set aside.

- In a large bowl, beat together almond butter, honey, vanilla and egg using an electric hand beater on high speed.
- Beat until almond butter begins to absorb the liquid ingredients and begins to thicken, just a minute or so.

- Pour protein powder mixture, along with chopped chocolate, into almond butter mixture and stir until well combined.
- Your batter will be wet and sticky.
- 5.
- Divide batter evenly between the prepared ramekins and spread out evenly.
- They will be about 3/4 full.

- Bake until cookies have risen significantly, edges just begin to darken, and the top feels firm and slightly crunchy, about 20 minutes.
- 7.
- Let cool for 510 minutes (depending how long you can wait!)
- and devour!
