White Chocolate, Cranberry And Coconut Bar Cookies

  1. Mix the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs together in a bowl. Pat this crumb mixture into a 9"x13" aluminum pan lined with parchment paper (for easier cookie removal).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the condensed milk, white chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and coconut. Carefully spread this mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until the top is firm and lightly browned.
  4. Let cool and cut into squares.
  5. Can be stored in a metal tin for up to two months. These cookies also freeze well.
