Tri Olive Tapenade

  1. By hand or preferably with a food processor chop all tapanade ingredients excluding oil.
  2. When you achieve a fine chop place ingredients in a bowl and mix in oil.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Chop scallions into small slices.
  5. Add to a small mixing bowl.
  6. Mix cream cheese that has reached room temperature with salt.
  7. Add to scallions.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Cut French bread into 1/4" thick slices.
  10. Toast or grill.
  11. Top each bread slice with one heaping tablespoon of cheese mixture.
  12. Top cream cheese with 2 teaspoons of olive mixture.
