Salmon Lovelies

  1. Take 5-10 of the chive sprigs and chop them finely.
  2. Add to the Creme Fraiche and mix.
  3. Then top each baguette slice with a small dollop of creme fraiche mixture, 1 chive sprig folded, and a small piece of smoked salmon.
  4. The End.
