Jenka's Cheesy Bake
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 12 cup milk
- 12 cup sour cream
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Sear ground beef, onions, and celery in skillet.
- Prepare elbow macaroni according to package directions.
- Drain.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef mixture, soup, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add 1/2 cup of each of the cheeses.
- Finally, add the elbow macaroni and mix gently.
- Transfer mixture to 13X9 baking dish.
- Cover with remaining Cheddar and Mozzarella.
- Bake 30 mins or until cheese is thoroughly melted.
