Lemon Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad

  1. Grill chicken until juices run clear.
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions.
  4. Drain and rinse well with cold water.
  5. Pull chicken apart into small pieces.
  6. (I prefer pulled chicken to diced because it holds on to the pasta pieces better.)
  7. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch dressing, lemon juice, parsley and add salt and pepper as you see fit.
  8. In a large bowl, mix together pasta, chicken pieces, green pepper and diced green onions.
  9. Add dressing and stir until well coated.
  10. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
