Masterpiece Chicken Fried Rice Recipe Yasuko
- 4 cups of steamed rice (medium grain)
- 3 eggs beaten
- 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 2 lbs of Chicken Brest
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 1/2 Green Peppers chopped
- 1/2 cup of corn
- 1/2 cup of chopped Tomato
- 1/2 cup of Masterpiece Sauce
- 1/4 cup of Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon of Pepper
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- Use non stick frying pan.
- (This is important.)
- At first, cook bite size Chicken.
- After it is cooked, put it away on a plate and let it rest.
- Heat the pan and pour the Olive Oil in, put Eggs in the pan, and cook some.
- Then put the all the vegetables in and Salt and Pepper.
- Cook them.
- Add steamed rice.
- Pour Masterpiece sauce and Mayonnaise and mix it well.
- Enjoy!
