Deviled Corn Dip

• 1 cup cooked corn kernel (roasted or grilled in the husk)
• 12 cup chipotle salsa (no substitutes)
• 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated fine
• 1 12 tablespoons sour cream
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
• tostadas or corn chips, for serving

1. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
2. Serve with tostadas or corn chips.
