Slow Cooked Pork Chops

  1. First, put salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder on each side of pork chops.
  2. Fry in a little bit of oil on high heat just long enough to brown on each side.
  3. Do not cook it long just brown on both sides.
  4. Drain chops on a paper towel.
  5. Over medium heat, put one cup of water in the bottom of the pan just used with a cap full of gravy master and mix in with water in pan.
  6. Once the pan is deglazed, put pork chops back in the pan and turn it down just to a simmer for 2 hours.
  7. Flip pork chops half way through.
