Slow Cooked Pork Chops
- 4 whole Pork Chops With Bone
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder And Onion Powder, To Taste, For Sprinkling On Chops
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Gravy Master Seasoning Liquid
- First, put salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder on each side of pork chops.
- Fry in a little bit of oil on high heat just long enough to brown on each side.
- Do not cook it long just brown on both sides.
- Drain chops on a paper towel.
- Over medium heat, put one cup of water in the bottom of the pan just used with a cap full of gravy master and mix in with water in pan.
- Once the pan is deglazed, put pork chops back in the pan and turn it down just to a simmer for 2 hours.
- Flip pork chops half way through.
