Fiesta Burgers
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red bell peppers, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons picante sauce or 3 tablespoons salsa
- 2 teaspoons dijon-style mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish (optional)
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 4 hamburger buns with sesame seeds
- 1 leaf lettuce
- sliced tomatoes
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion, red pepper, picante sauce, mustard, horseradish, salt and pepper.
- Form into burgers, about 3/4"-inch thick.
- Place burgers on grill that has reached medium-high heat.
- Check each burger with a food thermometer after approximately 10-15 minutes.
- Turn burgers as needed.
- Place burgers on buns and top with condiments and garnishes of choice.
