Candied Parsnips

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the brown sugar, orange juice, honey and salt until smooth.
  3. Add parsnips.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15-17 minutes or until parsnips are tender.
  6. Add orange peel.
