Meat Potato Cakes Recipe

• 1 sm. onion, minced
• 2 1/2 c. cut up canned luncheon meat
• 2 c. cool mashed potatoes
• 1 egg

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Shape into 12 patties, fry on both sides in greased skillet over medium heat.
3. Makes 6 servings.
