Gazpacho Soup

  1. Mix tomatoes, red bell pepper, onion, celery, cucumber in a bowl.
  2. Then divide into 2 equal parts.
  3. Add the garlic to one of the bowls and empty this one in a blender.
  4. Add the vinegar to it and blend until smooth.
  5. Add veggie juice, cayenne, and cumin to blender and blend a few seconds.
  6. Add the puree to the other bowl and refrigerate over night.
  7. Garnish with lemon and cilantro (coriander).
