Campbell's Baked Chicken And Broccoli Recipe
- 1 lb broccoli, trimmed, cut into 1" pcs, cooked and liquid removed
- 8 x boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (26 ounce.) Campbell's Cream of Mushroom or possibly 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 c. warm cooked rice
- PLACE broccoli and chicken in 3-quart.
- shallow baking dish.
- Mix soup, lowfat milk and pepper and pour over all.
- BAKE at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
- or possibly till done.
- Stir sauce before serving.
- Serve with rice.
- Serves 8.
