Bean Sprouts Namul

  1. Take off the stringy root end of the bean sprouts.
  2. Pour in enough water to cover it, add a little salt and boil with the lid on (medium heat).
  3. When it is cooked, drain with a sieve and leave to cool.
  4. Roughly grind the white sesame seeds.
  5. Add ingredients and mix.
  6. It's great on Bibimbap as shown in.
