Butterscotch Pecan Cookies Recipe
- 1 x butter recipe cake mix (18.25-oz)
- 1 pkt instant butterscotch pudding mix (3.4-oz)
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 x egg
- 1 c. minced pecans
- In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients and mix well.
- Stir in pecans; the dough will be crumbly.
- Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls.
- Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min, or possibly till golden.
- Cold for 2 min; remove from sheets to wire rack.
- (Makes about 4 dozen)
