Green chilli
- 2 lb pork cubed
- 9 oz hot green chillie
- 36 oz mild green chillie
- 12 oz jallapenos
- 5 clove garlic minced
- 1/3 cup lard
- 1 cup flour
- 64 oz hot water
- 1 tsp salt
- cut pork into cubs
- cook pork in a big pan on medium low
- add green chillie and jallapenos while pork is cooking
- add minced garlic when pork is almost done
- add lard after pork is cooked
- add flour after the lard has melted
- stir well
- slowy pour in the hot tap water until contents are a little runny
- keep stirring.
- will thicken.
- add salt
pork, chillie, green chillie, jallapenos, clove garlic, lard, flour, water, salt
