Green chilli

  1. cut pork into cubs
  2. cook pork in a big pan on medium low
  3. add green chillie and jallapenos while pork is cooking
  4. add minced garlic when pork is almost done
  5. add lard after pork is cooked
  6. add flour after the lard has melted
  7. stir well
  8. slowy pour in the hot tap water until contents are a little runny
  9. keep stirring.
  10. will thicken.
  11. add salt
