Impossible Pumpkin Pie

• 34 cup sugar
• 12 cup Bisquick baking mix
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
• 2 12 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
• 2 eggs
• 1 (16 ounce) can canned pumpkin
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inch.
3. Beat all ingredients until smooth.
4. Pour into pie plate.
5. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
