Simmered Konnyaku

  1. Make a slit into the centre of the sliced konnyaku and put one end through the slit to make twists.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a pot, except for sesame seeds.
  3. Cook over high heat until the liquid has almost evaporated.
  4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds, and turn off the heat.
  5. Let cool and it's done!
