Simmered Konnyaku
- 1 Konnyaku block
- 3 Chikuwa
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Miso
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 100 ml Water
- Make a slit into the centre of the sliced konnyaku and put one end through the slit to make twists.
- Put all the ingredients into a pot, except for sesame seeds.
- Cook over high heat until the liquid has almost evaporated.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds, and turn off the heat.
- Let cool and it's done!
