Easy Pork and Noodle Stir Fry
- 1/2 Tablespoons Canola Or Vegetable Oil
- 2 whole Pork Chops, Thinly Sliced
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper To Season
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 whole Red Pepper, Thinly Sliced
- 2 packages (3 Oz. Size) Ramen Noodles, Flavor Packets Discarded
- 1 head Broccoli, Cut Into Bite Sized Florets
- 1 package (1 1/4 Oz. Packet) General Tso's Seasoning Packet
- 1 Tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 3/4 cups Water
- Start by preheating a large skillet with a drizzle of oil on medium high heat.
- Once the skillet is hot, add the pork and season it with salt and pepper.
- Fully cook the pork and remove it once it starts to turn golden brown.
- Set aside.
- Into that same skillet, add the onion and red pepper.
- Stir fry for about 3 minutes or until they start to become tender.
- While the onion and red pepper stir fry, boil water to make the noodles and cook per the directions on the package.
- Drain and set aside.
- Add the broccoli to the skillet with onion and red pepper and stir fry again for a few minutes.
- Add the pork back to the pan as well as the noodles.
- Mix the General Tsos seasoning packet, soy sauce and water together.
- Pour the sauce over everything in the skillet.
- Toss to coat.
- Serve in bowls and enjoy!
