Mom's Spoon Bread Recipe

• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 1 tbsp. flour
• 1 tbsp. butter, melted

1. Pour 1 c. boiling water over 1/2 c. corn meal.
2. Beat in 1/2 c. lowfat milk.
