Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes Ww
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 14 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 14 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 14 cup egg substitute
- 14 cup low-fat margarine, melted
- 34 cup fresh blueberries or 34 cup frozen blueberries
- Mix first five ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Mix Egg Beaters and buttermilk and slowly stir into the dry mix.
- Stir in melted butter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle to medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto hot skillet.
- Add blueberries (as many as you'd like) and press down slightly to get them to cook into the batter).
- Cook for 2 minutes on both sides.
- Repeat with remaining batter, and EAT.
