General Tsao's Chicken Recipe
- 3 Tbsp. Chinese rice wine or possibly dry sherry
- l 1/2 Tbsp. oyster flavored sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pcs
- Combine marinade ingredients in a non-metallic bowl or possibly ziploc bag.
- Submerge washed chicken in marinade covering all portions.
- Allow to stand for 20 to 30 min, turning occasionally.
