Barley Tabbouleh
- 2-2/3 cups cooled cooked barley
- 2 cups chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large tomato, seeded, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp. zest and 2 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Kraft Oil and Vinegar Dressing
- Combine ingredients.
